Pilot Program and Recruitment

This is a compilation of materials created for the recruitment of faculty and staff to participate in pilot programs in the field of Instructional Design and Technology on a university campus.

The top example included is a short video trailer created with iMovie to encourage attendance at a simulation seminar. The video was an individual project that allowed me to creatively promote a seminar that was new to campus. The video was able to be played on digital signage throughout campus as well as promoted through email, with the URL link. The idea for campus wide promotion was to encourage both faculty and students to attend. When students start requesting new technology, faculty frequently join in.

The second example includes a video from the manufacturer of Swivl. This device is a new technology that I found and researched as an option for lecture capture on campus. Clicking on the video will open a brochure for faculty to use as a sign up for the Swivl pilot program that I have started on campus. This pilot allows campus wide use of the product in order to gather data on future use of multiple Swivl devices.
