Evaluation and Implementation

 

IBSTPI Competency: Implement, disseminate, and diffuse instructional and non-instructional interventions.

 

This competency requires the individual be able to implement evaluation tools that can be used for intervention purposes. The needs assessment that I have included was created after researching best practices and two instructional design models, LLAMA and mind-mapping.

 

I created the assessment to be a form that addresses the key components of any new project. This allows for an instructional designer or team to organize their initial findings and sets reasonable timeline estimates. The needs assessment should be used with the understanding that in instructional design needs may change before projects are completed. This flexibility is a key characteristics of good design teams.
