Welcome to my Instructional Design ePortfolio. I am passionate about creating design templates and content that makes a difference. I am not talking about save the planet, develop world peace difference, but rather everyday enhancements in the world of education and training. There is nothing worse, in this field, than seeing an adult learner who is dedicated to their career but who is missing the resources they need to succeed. That's where my passion resides.

 

I firmly believe that anyone can improve in their chosen career path as long as they have exemplary training that is ongoing, informative and effective. The challenge for instructional designers is to create content that builds upon pre-existing knowledge and proves its worth to the individual and company or program that it supports. These training pieces must be flexible, engaging and purposeful.

 

My motto is to design with intent, so that each piece of content is driven by the overall goal.
